Upload clear photos of the product, specifically highlighting any defects, damage, or measurement discrepancies for our review team.
Package Your Item
Once your return is authorized, securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your full refund or ship out a corrected replacement at no extra cost.
